Where should I start?

Does every color or model have the same price and details?
Options can differ. Select your preferred model or finish on the product page, then check its matching photos and current price. Collection prices may show the lowest-priced option.
How can I check whether a watch will fit?
Measure where you wear your watch and compare the listed case and band details. A strap's full length is not the same as its adjustable wrist range. If the fit or adjustment information you need is missing, contact us before ordering.
Are the accessories in product photos included?
Read the product description's included-items information. Supplier gallery photos may show packaging, tools or other accessories that are not included. Selectable product options and their matching photos are the best place to check your chosen design.
Delivery and ordering
Where do watches ship from?
Watches ship from China. Our current watch route serves physical U.S. street addresses and does not deliver to U.S. PO Boxes. See the shipping policy and the options shown at checkout.
Will my watch arrive before a birthday or other deadline?
Processing and carrier transit time are separate, and estimates vary by model and destination. Contact us before ordering for a date-sensitive purchase. An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
How do I check delivery progress?
Use the order-status link in your order or shipping confirmation. If tracking is available, check the carrier's latest scans. For help, send us your order number and checkout email through the contact page.
Can I change my address or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Changes may be possible before shipment; please wait for confirmation that your request can be completed.
Care and returns
Can I wear my watch in water?
Follow the care information for your exact model. A water-resistance label alone does not confirm suitability for showering or swimming. The EUTOUR Concept Quartz Watch is not water-resistant and should be kept dry. Read the care guide before use.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Inspect your item when it arrives and contact us immediately. Include your order number and a description of the issue; clear photos are helpful when emailing us. Review the return policy and request a return before sending anything back.
